Welcome to Porto, Start your day by Walk Across Ponte Luis I Bridge, then Miradouros of Vila Nova de Gaia + Jardim do Morro, Serra do Pilar Viewpoint.  Take a Small-Group Douro River Sailing Cruise then end the day by visiting the MMIPO - Museu da Misericórdia do Porto.

There are two ways to. go to lisbon, either by car, or by the train.

Incase you choose the train take a car to Belmont (ask the hotel to drop you off there "45 minutes" ), then take the train to lisbon "almost 3 hours"
